All of our products are handmade to order.

Please allow approximately 14 days for your order to be carefully crafted before shipment.

Once your item is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

After dispatch, standard international shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and local customs.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, carrier delays).

Each product is individually handmade, meaning no two items are exactly alike.

Small variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of the handmade process.

These details are not imperfections, but part of the unique beauty and authenticity of your piece.

We offer free express shipping on all orders over $100.

Orders under $100 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $10 at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees determined by your local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your purchase price.
